William Balfour Stevenson left a will . The probate calendar states " Gentleman a Clerk in Her Majesty's Victualling Yard".

Seeking any details about Thomas Stevenson (1749-1820) married to Catharine Nimmo (1753 -1824) and father of Alexander Stevenson (1794-1877) Writer to the Signet Edinburgh Scotland. Thomas is recorded as a farmer at Gilmerton.
