 HADDELSEY from Caistor,and Grimsby Lincolnshire.                   
 Parfitt, Le Gros ,Le Sueur, from Jersey.

I think it says Carlton. There is Carlton in Nottingham and Carlton in Lindrick in North Nottinghamshire.

S Carlton, perhaps? There's a South Carlton in Lincolnshire.
