Whyberston?
« on: Thursday 29 April 21 16:51 BST (UK) »
I have a settlement examination for my 6th Great Grandfather which reads 'Nathaniel Ollington, labourer of Sutton, born at Whyberston and family' 8 Mar 1800.
I could never find a baptism for him anywhere and now I have found this as giving him as born at 'Whyberston' but this doesn't seem to be a place? I cant see anything at Wyboston or Wyberton fitting Nathaniel.
Nathaniel goes between the surnames Ollerton/Ollington/Alderton. His family and descendants use the name Allington.
He dies 1832 Sutton, Cambridgeshire. aged 64, birthdate 1768.

Any ideas?
