Hi

Trying to find info on one of my Dad's cousins. George Patrick Reed was born 12 November 1919 in England. In 1941 he married Grace Olive Went and they had two daughters in England: Jeanette P (b. 1942) and Marilyn G (b. 1946). At some point after WWII, George (probably known as Pat) migrated to South Africa, alone or with his family, I don't know.

It looks as though he divorced Grace, or the other way round, because she seems to have remarried in 1977 in England and died there in 1998.

The site Identity Number, has a death notice for George/Pat with the correct birth date and a spouse named Cathriea Gerttruda, so maybe he remarried as well.

Does anybody have information on this family in South Africa, please?
