Ancestor buried in Barnet cemetary

I have just found a burial record on Ancestry from 1908 showing that my great-great grandmother was buried in Barnet cemetary. Does anyone know where that is in Barnet and where further records would be?

She lived in St Pancras, just north of Tottenham Court Road, is it likely that she would be buried as far away as Barnet ?

There appear to be a number of cemeteries in north London that now come under the control of Borough of Barnet.

Islington and St Pancras Cemetery is in East Finchley, which is in the London Borough of Barnet.

My husband's aunt lived in the St Pancras area, and was buried at this cemetery in 1974.

I would have thought it would be Hendon Cemetery.

It's most likely to be St Pancras Cemetery, as explained by JenB above. This is not in Barnet itself but in East Finchley, which is in the London Borough of Barnet, a borough that covers a very large part of north London.

(It won't be Hendon, because Hendon's records aren't on Ancestry.)

Maybe Friern Barnet Cemetery. Only a few of he burials there have been entered on Find a Grave, but you could browse the Ancestry database on which you found your gggm to see if any of the names on FaG's list are there too.

Her name was Susan Emma Grant (nee Cowell) died age 60 in 1908, lived in St Pancras.
