Where are they - James KERBY/KIRBY and Louisa Agnes ROONEY?

I can't find them anywhere in Ireland apart from their marriage notice in the Cork Examiner on 11 December 1843:

James N. Kerby Esq of Ballyhudane, to Louisa Agnes, only daughter of Peter Rooney, Esq, of Friarstown, both of the county Limerick.

Any leads gratefully accepted.

Where do they fit into your FH?  Are you descended from one of their children?  Where & when was that child born?

Thanks for the feedback Carole. My interest in this couple is the fact that James Kerby comes from Ballyhudane which is where my 4g grandfather, Patrick Kirby, farmed. Patrick had sons, Maurice 1791, James 1793 and Jeremiah 1793 (I descend from one of his daughers, Johanna.). The Tithe Applotment for Ballyhudane shows all 3 sons farming there - Patrick was deceased by this time. Most of the descendants I've traced continued to farm in Limerick but this couple seem to have vanished into thin air. I can't find a marriage for them or a baptism for either James or Louisa, or any other references in Ireland. I suspect they might have emigrated but have no idea where.

Not convinced this is correct family. A James Kerby married 1843 in Weymouth, Somerset, Somerset (possible bride Louisa Ann Coclough)-

Thanks, aghadowey, I'd just been thinking that this didn't add up and you've confirmed it. My James and Louisa Kirby were RC and if they'd followed the Irish naming pattern, their first son would have been named Patrick, Maurice, James, or Jeremiah. I'm trying to find which of these brothers he was the son of.
