hi
how would i find out what medals had been awarded 
to someone that died on the sinking of the hms neptune,
and can any awarded be replaced if lost

You could contact the MOD Medal Office giving his name and any other details you can:

DBS-Medals@mod.gov.uk.

MOD Medal Office

Innsworth House
Imjin Barracks
Gloucester GL3 1HW.

They should be able to tell you which medals, if any, were awarded, when, and who and where they were sent to.

got the form to have them replaced now
he had 2 he died on when the Hms Neptune
went down
