Looking for the grave of Alexander Tolmazoff
« on: Sunday 09 May 21 14:07 BST (UK) »
I'm trying to find the grave of Alexander Tolmazoff. He died 19 October 1934 in Mallow hospital and according to family lore he was buried in Mallow, but I don't know which graveyard.
He was Russian Orthodox, but his wife was Roman Catholic.
I've already tried Mallow Heritage Centre and irishnewsarchive, no success.
May be someone has access to local newspaper archives and can check for me if there are a death notice or obituary. Any information is very appreciated.
I'm a researcher in subject of White Russian emigres (first wave of Russian immigration after the Russian Revolution of 1917) in Ireland. I'll be happy to know about other Russian graves in Ireland.

Do you know where his wife is buried?

Don't know if either of these links might be of any help

Thank you, Ladyhawk. Yes, I've already checked information about burials of his wife and sons, he is not there.
