Now I see you have found a Virginia Watterson who may be different than Regina and maybe not. Husband not John Spencer.

I have now found on familysearch a Virginia M. Watterson who married William Digney in 1931 and John Spencer in 1934. Parents Benjamin Watterson and Elizabeth Averill, and Virginia had a brother Benjamin born abt 1901.

Hmm gives the name of mother as Elizabeth White - maiden name Averill - Elizabeth Averill White.
