I am not sure if Mary Ann would be the brother to William Allen (my 3 times great gradnfather), William Allen was a saddler living in Burt (my 3 times great grandfather).

William Allen listed as Mary Ann's father is also a saddler but I could be overthinking this.

Another William Allen listed as a widower married in 1863, father Thomas Allen

https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1863/09653/5500970.pdf

Agian not sure if this would be a relation as there are a lot of William Allen listed and a cant make out his job on the certificate

Also found this - James Allen married Ellen Edwards, James father is listed is another William this is in Burt where my William Allen is lving, not sure if my  William Allens father could also be William.

This James doesnt appear on the census but the wife Ellen does  https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1889/10723/5909666.pdf

Could there be any link to this?

I'm sure Mary could not possibly be the brother of William (or anyone else for that matter)  ;D

James (middle name Mc_) was a landowner and father William Allen a grazier.

in the 1901/11 James Allen doesnt appear http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Donegal/Burt/Mulleny/1189529/ Same for the 1911 census

As William my 3 times great grandfather he lived in Toulett, would there be a contection with that?

William Allen was born in 1850

Also in the Mary Ann certicate I am not sure if Mary Ann would be in the same family as William Allen (my 3 times great grandfather) as her father William was a saddler

Would William Allen my 3 times great grandfather be related to Marys Ann's father as he was also a a saddler

https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1863/09653/5500970.pdf What do you think about this William Allen who remarried

Sorry if I am repeating myself here just want to see if there is any conection
