UK RAF Record Deciphering
« on: Tuesday 11 May 21 13:09 BST (UK) »
Hello, I was wondering if there is any way to tell if at all and when this RAF member had any time off his aircraft mechanic duties during ww2 from these records ? Basically I'm trying to work out if he was not working as an RAF mechanic when my mum was conceived sometime from Dec 1943 - Jan 1944 (she was born 6 Sep1944) as the identity of her biological father is in question as to whether or not it was this man or someone else.

Thankyou in advance

On the 2/9/43 this man was posted to 3 S of T.T. (Number 3 School of Technical Training).
The school was located at Stanley Park Aerodrome which was an airfield located in the Stanley Park area of Blackpool, Lancashire. Presumably he would have been entitled to some leave and be able to travel to other parts of the UK at this time.
