Help needed with occupations

Hello
I’m struggling with the occupation of a great grandfather x2 on a 1901 census and that of his son. Any help will be much appreciated.

I think the top one is Care Taker Hospital & Gardens.

It would be useful to see the entire page. Could you please give the reference so we can see it?

For anyone else who wants to look at the full page its RG13/4628/99/15

I think the son might be Gardener domestic.
