Hello all, somehow I have made a mistake in searching for Mary Chant, instead of Mary Chaney who married John Parsons on the 10th June 1749 North Petherton Somerset, some researchers have crossed the Y letter out when it should it have been T. I have searched Ancestory Parish Records of North Petherton and found the proper marriage. I wanted to check this record and make sure.

Looks like Chaney to me, John of the Parish and Mary a sojourner*.
(*a person who resides temporarily in a place)

There is a burial there for;
JOHN Parsons 12 AUG 1826 age 93 (1733)

Good morning trish1120 thanks for your reply, some of the parish records are hard to read, thanks for explaining this, I have John Parsons bap.10/12/1725 North Petherton Somerset. burial unknown at this stage too many to choose from.
