Hi folks, sorry sorry, James was born 1829,so this looks like the family and James is with them. Dna pointed to this family. Think that David born 1842 was actually Daniel. And Titus remains a mystery.
Thanks very much all. Really appreciate this, just wondering if James came back!!
Next time im at Mitchell library I may look at all the deaths and see if there's a James with these parents.
Was so sure that this James was mine.

James Moffat was still in Brooklyn 1870 census age 40 and single
He was with his Mother and two brothers Daniel and David
