Dominick BASS, born 3q 1845, Alverstoke, Hampshire

Dominick BASS was the son of Nicholas BASS, a Confectioner, and Eliza BASS (nee SIMPSON).......the father died before 1851 (Eliza shown as Widow in the Census) and before that date it appears the family had moved to Liverpool.

Dominick BASS was gaoled in 1862 and then released from Dartmoor in January 1865, returning to Liverpool.   He seems not to have re-offended post-1865 but, by the same token, no other information has been discovered either.   Can anyone help please?

I shall need to review the Passenger Lists, find his Australian disembarkation point, probably NSW, and then post on the Australian Board.   I shall also check on TROVE and see whether or not he appears in the newspapers.
