This is a small section from a complete Will and Testament I purchased... so I can't provide a link to all document images

Does anyone know what the word says that is highlighted in yellow on this image snippet?

The three and twentieth day of June in the year of our Lord God 1717, I Roger Philpot of Kingsgate in the Parish of St Peter the apostle in the Isle of Thanet in the Country of Kent Common Beer Brewer being very Sick and Weak in Body but perfect mind and memory. Thanks be given unto God, therefore, calling unto mind the mortality of my Body and knowing that it is appointed for all men to die do make and ordain this my last will and testament (that is to say) principally and first of all I give and recommend my Soul into the hand of God that gave it and for my Body I Commend it to the Earth to be buried in a Christian like and decent manner at the discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named. Nothing doubting but at the General Resurrection, I shall receive the same again by the mighty power of God as leaving such worldly Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me in this life I give devise and dispose of the same in the following manner and form.  First I give and bequeath unto Mary my beloved Wife all my whole Estate both real and personal Lands, Tenements, promises and appurtenances for and during the form of her natural life for and toward the bring up and duration of my four daughters and one son, But and if shall so happen the Reversion of my real Estate and the income of the Brewhouse which I  now use, be not Sufficient for the maintenance of my said wife and family whilst my Children be in their minority and not capable in getting of their livings. Thou my will and mind is that it ? ? ? ? and may be lawful to and for my said wife for to mortgagor sell all or so much of my real estate as shall may be for the majority and not of Sorry Relief and maintenance of my said wife and children and for no other use or uses and further my will and mind is that what of my real estate and personal estate shall be loft together with what improvement my said wife shall make of the same after her decease shall be equally divided between such of my Children as shall be then living male and female share and share alike and whereas ...
