Private 200681 J Lount, Leicestershire Regiment

I have found this chap's Military Medal card, but for some reason can't find his Medal Card or Medal Roll entries despite my best searches on Ancestry, using all the combinations of name/regiment/number etc I can think of. 

Any help gratefully received.

Can you tell us where you found his military medal card details? I can see it in an index but no card.
You can get his medal card from the National Archives. It has been free to get these during lockdown but I’m not sure if they’ve started charging again now.

Thanks, but that link takes me to his Military Medal Card, which I already have (from the NA).  It's his Medal Roll and "other" Medal Card I'm after.

FindMyPast has a medical record for him, on No 31 Ambulance Train in November 1917, headed for Chocques Boulogne, with gunshot wounds to face and right hand.

Thanks, I've seen that, which shows he was in the 1/4th Bn, but it hasn't led me to his Medal Card and/or Medal Roll. 

It's soooooo frustrating!
