Viewing Images on Ancestry

Could one of you lovely people help me please?

I am experiencing a problem viewing Images on Ancestry.
I can look at the transcripts, but the images are only showing in a small
way.There is no way to scroll them into a viewable mode.

I am a   not of a technical nature ,so simple language please.

Click on “review” you get the window that opens on the right hand side and within that is the small image?  Click on “view” (which is on the thumbnail) and it will open.


(Sometimes of course there is no image, only a transcript. But if you can see a thumbnail it should open)

I usually click down load to get the full image, then  "save to" computer. Then you can enlarge it.

For last two days can't get images (eg: of census, of wills) to load on Ancestry. All I'm getting is a white screen with the usual icons (right side, bottom, < >) but none of these work either.
On a Mac, and have cleared cache, history and cookies. Never seen this before. Grateful for any help, please.
