Hello Rena, It's funny you should say that about the images, because I find  sometimes I do a restoration but when I post it, it looks totally different. Funny old world isn't it  :) :) :)

a funny old world innit.

I realise the factory settings on my printer rely on my clicking on which type of paper I'm using, but the printer only has two ink cartridges = one black and one colour, which must surely limit how many shades of colour it can print.  Additionally, my printer images also look different on my computer depending on whether I use Irfanview programme or Microsoft Office Picture Manager programme; and I'm presuming each of those programmes will send different messages to the printer.
