Yes, I agree with Judith ... that would be my first place of enquiry.   I have handled several NSW probates for deceased family members, including one that was across several jurisdictions (he died in 2003 in NSW, CO-owned real estate in Queensland, Canada, and New Zealand, as well as NSW) and the actual paperwork from each jurisdiction ... many pages and each re-seal acknowledged the contents included the certified copy of the NSW death certificate (which includes my full name and street address !)
