Speed of Wills

I am not totally familiar with ordering copies of wills from the probate search at Gov.UK site but have been amazed at how quickly these are now arriving.

I sent for 2 copies of wills on the 6 May and have found that they had been  delivered on the 11th May!
I was expecting an e mail to say they had been delivered but found them by chance when I looked into 'MY Wills' on the probate search.

They are probably starting to catch up with sending wills.  You should have received an email to tell you that they were available.  They didn't end up in your Junk Mail did they?

You do need to look in the My Wills section for any wills that you ordered.

Hi Girlguide - I hadn't thought about checking junk mail so thanks for that suggestion. However nothing their either.
I did get an confirmation email when I ordered the wills but no other notification. I'm delighted they came in so quickly though and just really wanted to remind people to check the My Wills more speedily than we've been used to.

I have ordered a few Wills over the last couple of months and never received the notification email as I did in the past.

I have reported this but it seems the problem has not been resolved.  ::)
