Let there be administration of the goods of John Addams, lately of the parish of Dilhorne, deceased, to Ann Addams, relict of the said deceased.
Witness – N. Hinckes, notary public. Inventory under 5 pounds
The aforesaid Ann was sworn before John Husband, surrogate.

Very many thanks - that is brilliant. I did appreciate that only those with an FindMyPast subscription could see the original (I assumed perhaps naively that most serious genealogists had one or the other) but I didn't want to run foul of copyright laws.
