Have her on the 1891 census living in Ely.

- daughter of William Fuller (36) widower Ag-lab. b.Downham.

two sisters Agnes Marie age 12 - Edith Helen age 10 - b.Downham
 
Also living with then Mary Moden (70) single - aunt - b. Downham

1) Is it possible to get Andalusia'a exact birth place without buying her Birth Certificate?

2)What was her mother's full name?

3) Where are the family in 1881 - can't find them ?

The family is still in Downham, Cambridgeshire in 1881:

Her mother's name is Louisa PALMER:

   FULLER, ANDA...  ANNE     PALMER 
GRO Reference: 1877  J Quarter in WHITTLESEY  Volume 03B  Page 637

She would have been born in Whittlesey.
