I have my own Irish brickwall, so I think it fits under this topic, but tell me if it's better moved to another thread.

The website is also called "Ireland Reaching Out". It's aim is to link members of the Irish diaspora with the places their ancestors came from. It's based on civil parishes.

It would be better to start a new topic on your Cullen ancestry on the Ireland board (or the Armagh board if you think they were from there) unless they were related to Neville's family. This topic is on the Australia board.
Give your topic a specific title, including the surname Cullen. See advice on guidelines for posting and getting the best from RootsChat under "Help" tab.
Once you have posted your new topic, return to here and delete the details about Daniel Cullen from your post. You can edit a post within 24 hours. After then you need to ask a moderator to edit it for you.
