Thanks for this information. Yes, I did find the obit, but only bits and pieces, because of subscription site... hoping someone with access could transcribe it for me.

I was able to find the complete obit at Digital Collections of University of Manitoba website .. They have archived copies of The Winnipeg Tribune available. Thanks for helping.
