Using the facility on FindMyPast of searching by address and stating Tees Street - 1901 census has Robert and Maria Grayton at 27 Tees Street - RG13/4713 folio 28 page 47.
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!
