Birth reference help

Trying to find birth reference details to order Certificates for Lea Green de Woolfson & Annie Green de Woolfson. They  are on the 1871 with parents at Regent Street. Lea G de Woolfson 1866 London Middlesex & Annie G de Woolfson 1866 London Middlesex. Other English born siblings certificates which I have show mother as Estevan.  Some of the other siblings surname were registered as Woolfson or de Woolfson, but cannot locate the other 2. Any help appreciated.

who, when & where were the other birth refs that you did find?

Were these two twins? is age/bithplace consistent on other census?
All census look up transcriptions are Crown Copyright http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/

The other siblings are as on certificates.

Frank. 24 Aug 1869. Reg dist. Westminster St James. Father, David Theodor Green Woolfson. Mother,  Estevan

Rose & Matilda. Twins. 16 Apr 1871. Westminster. David Theodor Green Woolfson. Estevan

Ida. 11 May 1872. Westminster. David Theodor Green Woolfson. Estevan

Simon. 15 May 1876. Westminster. David Theodor Green de Woolfson.  Estevan

I am also missing one other sibling: Alfred 1874?

I would think it very likely that the births were not registered. 

The family appear to have only recently come to UK when these two were born and it was not the responsibility of the parents to register the children at that time.

Perhaps the births were not registered.  I have not got details on the date they returned to UK but they were still in Richmond Virginia in 1862
