Welcome.
Not registered.
Not registered where you expect
Not registered under the name you expect.

Mistaken about age, lots of reasons.

How flexible were you in thesearch?
What other life events do you have apart from his demise?

Pauline

Hi pauline

The Birthplace was found on the death certificate, the informant was his Daughter Mary Elizabeth Beeton, so I would expect his Birthplace to be correct, I also have his marraige certificate (to Gladys May Shaw) 13/5/1933 Lincoln, he was aged 34, His Fathers name othe certificate was Jeremiah Plaice (Farm Labourer, Deceased)

Hi.

No hints from a military listing for him as it's just J Plaice born 3rd March 1899.
 Service number D32384.

The George born West Ham in 1899 was born 28 th JAN 1899 and served in the navy died July 1917.
