I had a thought, maybe it is the same George Randall, but the 1803 burial could be for Sarah his first wife, and the 1804 marriage is a remarriage. The register does not state grooms marital status but a J Fillary witnessed the 1796 and the 1804 marriage (unless he was a regular witness).
