Parton Place Lodge, Parish of Parton.

In the 1881 census, Henry Fry, butler, lives at Parton Place Lodge.

Sounds good, Matthew's dad was a butler.  Thanks!  Though for the life of me I can't see how those letters say that.  Edit:  I get it now, that's not an 's' but just a curl of the 'L'
