Could anyone have a quick look at the name below Lydia. My first thought was Polly but the first L doesn't look right. And now I'm not convinced by the P either....

My first thought is Bocky - if I'd ever heard of such a name, I'd be quite sure - but I haven't!
Actually, the B doesn't look like the B of Beatrice. Perhaps it's a J, R or F?
Also, what I took as a k may be a b (just before the y)

It would be useful to look at the entire page to compare letters - please would you give the full reference?

Not sure the right reference but on the bottom of the page it says RG12/384.
Its the 1891 census for Rotherhithe.

The full reference is RG 12/384/147/33 (folio and page number can be seen at the top r-h corner of the page in question)

I have a few Polly's in my tree.
You will usually find that their given name is Mary.

I agree with Matthew that the first letter is a ‘P’.
Looks like Polley to me.

You could look for a birth on the GRO and see what they think it is.
