Good Morning
Fancy a Garstonite being stuck with a Garston person - but I am
Can anyone find the Maiden name of Sarah please ?? born 1849 Garston - I thought it was Domville - but NO RECORDS of Domville in Garston -   

Marriage: 28 Aug 1873 Chapel of St Mary, Great Sankey, Lancashire, England
John Anders - 27, Fitter, Widower, Burtonwood
Sarah Domville - 24, Spinster, Great Sankey
    Groom's Father: John Anders, Beer Seller
    Bride's Father: Peter Domville, House Carpenter
    Witness: Peter Domville; Susannah Domville
...

or - am I wrong and it is Sarah Domville - if so I can't find a baptism in Garston for her

I know some kind soul out there will sort this out - as we say in Garston - doin me ed in ..lol  :)

There is a birth registration for Sarah Domville - Leigh RD in December quarter 1849 - mmn = Pye.

Witness to marriage said to be Susannah Domville - birth registered 1852 in Leigh RD - mmn = Pye

Peter Domville and Elizabeth Pye - marriage in Prescot RD - March quarter 1848

21 February 1848 - St Helens, Prescot.  Both of full age, both fathers are named as William.  Peter is a Carpenter.
