Nathaniel SHUTTLE, aged 21 years born Wiltshire, a Ploughman was tied 10 Jan 1825 at Devizes, sentenced 7 years, arrived per Norfolk 18 Aug 1825 to Sydney, assigned to Mr Hutchins.

Sorry for the slight diversion, but I think it is of interest that James SHUTTLEWORTH per the Mangles had been part of the party sent to Western Australia.

- In the Bull Family Tree https://www.myheritage.com/site-family-tree-232066981/bull James is shown as 1805-1865. He has three wives. See the attached image. Mary, who may have been Mary Muirhead, Hannah, and Mary Ann Lewis.
Hannah has three sons. Oates 1838, James 1841 and Elizabeth 1850. James married Mary Ann in 1851 but supposedly had a son by Mary Ann in 1849. Henry S Lewis Shuttleworth. If this is true, no wonder he changed his name. 

- Second piece of information is that there was a James Shuttleworth died in 1880 at the age of 74 in South Australaia. This would mean he was born 1806 which is two years after our James was supposedly born. There is also a note "Lancashire papers please copy." Our James was born in Manchester in Lancashire. SHUTTLEWORTH  On the 14th March, at Auburn, of inflammation of the lungs,  James Shuttleworth, aged 75 years.  A Colonist of forty years, greatly respected by all who knew him.  Lancashire papers please copy.

I would agree that Mary appears to be the mother of Harrie (Henry) SHATTEL/SHATTLES

The third of these notices refers to him and he has a birthdate of 1850.

The names of some children to Henry and Rachael lend weight too.

He was a carpenter according to Ticket of Leave. That’s a very useful skill, if you are establishing a new settlement.

James Shuttleworth, per Mangles, Carpenter born Manchester was on trial for larceny, and sentenced 15 April 1841 to the  iron gang at Wooloomooloo for 12 months.

There is convict James Shuttleworth born 1804 in Lancaster, a miller by occupation who was sentenced for life in 1829, and sent to  Tasmania.
