No I can't see them either Carol. 

I thought that it was possible that he may have died back in the UK as the 1939 register entry is visible and he would not have been over 100 years old.  Alternatively is there a UK probate entry.

Yes correct they were his parents .. his father was born in Ireland

I've just realised why I couldn't find that marriage.
Free BMD have indexed his name as MCLAUCHLIN

I have suggested an amendment as the index clearly reads the correct name.
