Have you tried searching names for possible family trees by descendants or connected family members. I am searching on A/try and you need a subs to view as you likely are aware.

It is the first name I checked, so may be the only relevant one...or there may be others.

Thanks Monica I have a number of kind volunteers who are helping me to research the individuals and certainly if a tree is on ancestry it will be a big help with trying to trace living descendants today
