Monmouthshire marriage 1862
« on: Saturday 19 June 21 19:32 BST (UK) »
Hello Chatters

Looking for info for a marriage Mar Qtr 1862 between William Thomas & Mary Ann Morgan - Pontypool  11a 163. Hoping his father is William Thomas. Have all likely census on couple.

First child born 1863, gives mother's name Morgan, so think this marriage maybe the likely one. Cannot locate marriage on Anc* don't really want to shell out for another cert as not my main line.

Thanks if you can help

Try and identify the location, not just the registration district.

Marriage Locator website. If its not registrar attended,

Then try familysearch, freereg, opc

Thanks Comberton,

Looks the likely couple and they married in a registry office so cert will be needed for details, thank you for the info.

Thanks Pauline, had already searched the other means, for info, thought it may have been available on another site, but as its registry will have to get cert.

Thank you both

Cas
