I have another unreadable for you (unreadable to me)    I am struggling with the defendant who I think is Patrick Hogan and the cause of complaint and also the particulars of order.......

Re Patrick Hogan, 11 years old.

That the defendant was unlawfully wandering and not being under proper guardianship in the month of February 1899 contrary to law.

be committed to the Industrial School at Salt Hill
Galway, then/there to be detained until he reaches
the age of 16 years which will be on the
18th of September 1903

ADDED
The Complainant, Sergeant R. Coulson, was of Monivea, so maybe that's where Patrick Hogan was wandering? He was recorded as being 'of no fixed residence'.
