I don't know I would think 1965 passenger list would  not allowed to be accessed  however have a read of this and see https://www.gjenvick.com/Passengers/Ships/Carmania-PassengerLists.html

I recently found a 1960 passenger list on Ancestry. Why should 1967 be any different ?

Passenger lists on both Ancestry and  Findmypast  stop at 1960.

There is a 1967 one on Familysearch (it’s one I am on 😀)
I don’t think you can search lists there by ship name. But I presume you have a persons name you could try.
