Have learned a lot, but like the above members not what I wanted to learn
When I learned that the Inn gave its name to the field beside the school I had visions of
a refuge like encampment  ;D

thanks to SandraT123 her tip about Peter Gormans birth 1873 the informant was Anne Waters,Cock and Rabbitt she was also the informant on four other births same page so i immediately thought Midwife

You have inadvertently helped me solve another mystery
Philip Mooney must be the link between the Hughes, Waters and Harding families
Somone whose grandfather was a Mooney popped up as a genetic match to my husband  so at least I now have a trail to follow
