How do you know that the marriage took place at St George's rather than in a registry office? The Oct-Dec time frame indicates a civil registration entry - it may be easier to obtain the marriage certificate from the GRO.

I've done a hunt around. East Stonehouse isn't on the Devon Family History Society's web site either. You may need to go to the GRO as DOB7 indicated.
Just a note. If you're doing research in Devon there are two web sites that are important to you, well, three really, well four.
1. Findmypast. They have most of the parishes, see 2 below.
2. Devon Family History Society. They have about 50 parishes only some of which have transcripts on FindMyPast.
3. Familysearch for the BTs. If you go to A Family History Library you may be able to look at some of the PRs.
4. The Devon Record Office for the rest.
