Lockport NY birth and death around 1914

Several members of my Chambers family covering three (or more), generations are buried in an area of Glenwood Cemetery. The burials are recorded in adjoining graves in Section 5, Lot 60-62, graves 1-8. Another burial has come to light;

April 23rd 1914, Frances J Chambers, child, Lot 60-62 grave 5 1/2 (five and a half).

I can find the burial on familysearch but I'm unable to find a birth for her, when she was born or work out who her parents are.

Wonder if she could be the daughter of John Charles  Chambers and Mary Valway married 12 June 1911 Niagara New York.

The 1920 census 26 th Street Niagara Falls Ward 5, Niagara, New York.

There is a gap between those two children

The NY death index says that she died in Lockport on 21 Apr. 1914.

It looks like the Lockport library does obituary look-ups, so maybe you can see if there is anything about her death in the local papers.  https://lockportlibrary.org/history-lockport-ny.php

Thanks for the replies. I'm sending details to the memorial manager with the (very confusing), history of the family before they left England and when this one popped it caught me completely off guard. I feel like a fish out of water trying to find records after they sailed but I can almost recount every neighbour they had in the UK census without delving into my archive now!
