New York Passenger List shows the family arriving 19 April 1889 on the Bothnia.
John P Chambers 38 years - Emma Chambers 38 years - Jane Chambers 13 years - John Chambers 11 years - William Chambers 10 years - Frank Chambers 8 years - Charlotte Chambers 6 years and Charles Chambers 11 months.

1892 census Lockport Niagara.  (No Charles on this census - wonder if he died and was buried at Glenwood ?)

Wow you've been busy and thanks for the links

The family have been a pain to follow as once they leave England they seem to switch between their forenames and middle names at the drop of a hat.

eg John Charles becomes Charles, John George becomes George.....those two were brothers though and it was a stupid thing to do especially as their father is called John!!
