She is also on the 1861 there but I only found that on Ancestry which I no longer subscribe to. Lookup please?

Image is on FamilySearch. Not a great one!
She is a Landed Proprietor Absent
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QHV-P3N6-8SM1
and the line has been crossed through. I wonder where she actually was?
Roaming the hills picking flowers, maybe? ;D
Berks / Oxon: Eltham, Annetts, Wiltshire (surname not county), Hawkins, Pembroke, Partridge
Dorset / Hants: Derham, Stride, Purkiss, Sibley
Yorkshire: Pottage, Carr, Blackburn, Depledge
Sussex: Goodyer, Christopher, Trevatt
Lanark: Scott (soldier went to Jersey CI)
Jersey: Fowler, Huelin, Scott

Well the address in 1851 is Rhydd Green, Rhydd House
There are some newspaper reports of the Malvern Horticultural Shows and Floral Exhibitions attended by many local notables including Miss Allen or the Misses Allen of the Rhydd.
A later one, Worcestershire Chronicle, 4 July 1860
Several excellent roses were likewise sent to the show by Miss Allen of the Rhydd, but not for competition.

So she was interested in flowers!
A Miss Allen attended meetings of the Naturalists' Field Club in Malvern.

Hoping Miss Allen interested in horticulture was Isabella, there was a sister Ann with her at The Rhydd.

Worcester Journal, 13 May 1865
Deaths
ALLEN.— May 8, at the Rhydd, in this county, Isabella Anne, eldest daughter of the late John Henry Allen, Esq., of the same place.

Thank you, Lily.
Chris, I think your candidate is certainly a promising one. Can we find a bit more?
And it is an interesting story, thank you for sharing it with us!

Do you think someone should get a copy of her will before you contact the RHS?

If there are two unmarried sisters, it would be correct to address the elder as Miss Allen and the younger as Miss <forename> Allen, so more likely that Isabella is the one referred to just as Miss Allen.

The Isabella Ann chr 1810 Worcs looks promising, but perhaps a little late
The article said there was a handwritten inscription saying "Mrs Allen, La Botaniste", so we're looking for a married woman.

OK, that would scupper all my research, but it doesn't necessarily mean that she was actually married. For instance, that might have referred to her mother who might have shared her interest. If there's a married Isabella A Allen I've failed to find her in censuses.

If this was a description used by a French person, they generally use Madame for an older woman, married or not.
