Viktoria, we've pretty much tailed off with the diaries so no new ones but it's good to hear how you're getting on whichever day's diary you add your news to. Pleased to hear your eye drops have been reduced a little. Feel free to sound off as much as you need to, I have found the diaries a great help over the months too, support from other Rootschatters certainly helps.

Thank  you  RB,   been  shopping  this  morning  this  morning  and  feel  a   lot better, sun  out  today  so it  makes  everything feel  so much  better

Louisa Maude, I forgot to say, ( I get one thing right and another goes wrong!)
Try Vitamin C ,it is a really good” pick you up “,  can’t really  overdose and is a general tonic .
Likewise Vitamin D but the dose must be followed there.
Don’t know your age but Vit D in a proper dose is good for bones etc as we get older.It makes me feel much better all round .
Dark days of winter and staying in and our “ sunshine vitamins “are depleted.

V,  you  don't  know    my  age  but  let's  just  say  I  have  had  my  TV  licence  taken away !!
Thanks  for  the tips, anything to  give  me  a  glossy  coat  and a wet  nose, well not  to  much  of  a  wet  nose  though

They took mine away but I paid to get it back, I mean to say , how can you live without the sleaze that has become Corrie,all the repeats .
Now Our Yorkshire Farm ,YES! And Last of the Summer Wine repeats .
