Few Words on the back of a picture
« on: Tuesday 29 June 21 12:53 BST (UK) »
Hi, I was recently left a photo within some papers of a relative but I do not know who it is and cannot read the words written on the back properly. I can see the second word is Oldham, the town my relative Mildred Hardaker nee James lived in. I suspect the picture is of her brother Ronald James who died in his early 20s. Any help would be greatly appreciated,
thanks, Luke

Looking at a tweaked version of the image I thing the first word in the squiggle is David but last word no idea.

I wondered if the last part of the squiggle was Mt - for Mount, suggesting that these were instructions to the lab for making a copy.

I didn't work out what came just before that, but if it's rather like David, could it actually be Don't?
Researching among others:
Bartle, Bilton, Bingley, Campbell, Craven, Emmott, Harcourt, Hirst, Kellet(t), Kennedy,
Meaburn, Mennile/Meynell, Metcalf(e), Palliser, Robinson, Rutter, Shipley, Stow, Wilkinson
