Yes my Michael Walsh married Johanna Noonan 1886. Met through church around Napier NZ.
No to other one ( even tho birth yr is same).
At that time Michael was working on a sheep farm in Hawkes Bay NZ. He never went back to sea after disembarking from the May Queen in Napier 1879 7th Nov - a 90 day journey from England under a Capt Tatchell. He is on the passenger list as a single man so  not sure if he was passenger or signed off from being crew.

Re Witnesses for Edmond/Bridget marriage. As far as I can make out they were
James Daley and Ann Lyons.

As I wrote he is described as Agricultural Labourer so I would think he is a passenger.
