Dating this photo; unknown family members

I came across this (somewhat grainy) photo a couple of weeks ago and am struggling to date it. I'm not sure of the identities of anyone in the picture, except that it's from my great-grandmother's side. The man in the picture may be my great-grandmother's father, who was born in 1864, based on the resemblance to an admittedly blurry photo I have of him from the 1930s, but aside from that I'm stumped. Any guess as to the date?

1920-25ish.

My guess was early twenties. I found the photo on Ancestry a while back but only now have had a proper look at it. It was attached to an individual on my (now sadly deceased) relation's tree, but the individual it was attached to isn't in the photo. So I know which side of the family it's from, but not exactly who's in it.

May I add that in my opinion, the two woman on the right hand side are sisters judging by their resemblance to each other  and quite possibly the left hand girl is a sister too.

Can you think of who in the family of that generation had 3 daughters?

I would suggest that this could be 3 generations of women (G/mother, Mother & Daughter). As for a date... I can only guess at about 1920's.
