CLIGHT FAMILY

Hello,

I'm researching a Jewish family named CLIGHT.  They lived in the Bethnal Green/Stepney area of London around 1900.  Lewis Clight died in Stepney in 1928, his wife Annie died in 1926.  They had a son Harry who died in Hackney in 1965.  I can't find any graves, anywhere...

Help! Please :)

There is a a Clight family tree on Ancestry showing Lewis died 1.1.1928 & Harry 13.12.1965

If you contact the tree owner she may know burial details

Probate for Lewis gives address as 25 Cleesdale Street, Bethnal Green - he died at London Hospital, Whitechapel

Harrys probate gives his address as 5 Osbaldeston Road, Stoke Newington

Assuming these are the probate records of Lewis and Annie's daughters, have you considered getting their wills, as they may have stipulated where they may have wanted to be buried? Which, as they both appear to have been unmarried, may have been with their parents.

Hello again,

I’ve searched on Ancestry and found the deaths of Lewis, Annie and their unmarried children. The family was Jewish so I’ve searched the Jewish Cemetery records… nothing. I know when they died, I just can’t find any of them being buried anywhere!! I’ve tried variations of the name, still nothing 🤷‍♀️.

Not sure where else to look…
