Where was New Holland?

In the 1841 census, my great great grandmother, Charlotte Beardmore was living with her widowed mother in New Holland, Masbrough in Kimberworth parish by Rotherham. I can find Old Holland on maps and I can find Holland Street but no trace of New Holland. Can anyone help? There is one clue, immediately before enumerating New Holland, the census taker was in College Road and immediately after New Holland was in Old Holland. I suspect that New Holland may have become Chemist Lane. See attached map

Call off the hunt, I've now found it on another map just to the east of Chemical Lane.
