Sarah Fisher of East Challow

I believe my 5 x great grandmother was Sarah Fisher who married John Pembroke in Letcombe Regis in 1745 and died in East Challow in 1780. It has been suggested that she was the Sarah Fisher bapt in EC in 1706 d/o Joseph and Sarah, but given the age of her husband (b abt 1717) I am more inclined to think she was the daughter of Thomas Fisher and Frances nee Willmott and baptised on 31 Jan either 1719 or 1721. (There are transcriptions for several of the children of this couple which give two years for baptism often two years apart and not always between 1 Jan and 25 Mar).

Can anyone work out which of the two Sarahs might be my ancestor, please
